From my experience with Mark he has a positive can do attitude and goes... the extra mile for you. As a company they seek to do things the right way which is what you want to hear when putting your trust and faith in a company looking after your property. When you use MWD you get the personal service that fits your needs. Mark is also there 24/7 if you need to ask questions or need any assistance he is the best around by far and in my personal experience I don't think that there will be many that match the service that they offer.read more

I’ve known Mark for a number of years and he has a positive can do attitude and always looks for solutions with the minimum of fuss.Whenever a problem arises at... a property in terms of maintenance Mark is quick to deal with it and does a lot of the thinking for you which as a landlord is invaluable. They seek to do things the right way without cutting corners which is best for everyone concerned.When you use MWD you get a personal service that fits your specific needs. As a current tenant I had issues with no gas since midweek.I contacted Mark at MWD as advised by him on a previous repair.Anyway after several failed calls to SGN who thought it best not to answer myself or Mark most of Saturday.Mark saved... not only myself but put my kids care and well being first and booked us into a local hotel.He was honest and told me no one that lives in his properties will live with no gas and to make it worse I had no water either due to a freeze.I’ve tonight took time to read through MWD website and they have proven twice over they are 110% for their tenants.This guys taken his own time, his Friday and his Saturday to make sure we were sorted with a warm secure environment.Their website says it all and I can’t thank this guy enough for going the extra mile to put a roof over myself and my kids heads.If your in the remit of MWD and are looking for a tenancy I’d recommend these people,good,genuine caring and professional service.100% committed to customer care can’t rate them any higher if I could I would 👌read more
