Several of my friends and I each bought flats in Glasgow, Fox Street with the intent to sell them on for a quick profit. Then the 2008 stock market crash happened and was forced to purchase mine with an LTV 40% less than what I had bought it for. I needed to rent it out urgently. I was recommended Caledonian Letting agents where I met a then young Mark Dempsie, who advised me on the best renting strategy, converting my two bed into a 3 bed and registering for HMO. He did all the work for all of us. I am still with him 18 years later under MWD lettings. He has helped me on so many issues in this time, for example, arranging an EWS1 form for cladding to present to my new mortgage lander saving me £15,000, refurbishment, emergencies, Landlord register reminders, news on Scottish renting law and much more. The man behind the company it is a man of character, honesty and integrity. I will trust him (and his great team) with my business for another 18 years.

Susan was very helpful and reassuring as this is our first home ! She made it feel very nice and easy and caused no stress . She was lovely the whole process !

I had a great experience with MWD Lettings. They were professional, helpful, and very easy to deal with throughout the process. A special thank you to Susan, who was my point of contact and treated me exceptionally well. She was friendly, supportive, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend MWD Lettings!

MWD lettings have taken on a portfolio purchase for me which was a challenging handover, dealing with everything from maintenance, compliance and co operation with tenants after taking over from the previous landlord who lad left loads of issues. Their communication and professionalism has been second to none and I look forward to working with them long term and building a solid relationship.

Really happy with the service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

I have rented two properties through MWD Residential Lettings over the past three years and have always had a very positive experience with them. Mark, Carrolle and Charlie have all been excellent to deal with — friendly, professional and always approachable. Communication has been good throughout, and whenever I have had a maintenance issue or needed assistance, things have been dealt with promptly and I have been kept updated. Having been a tenant with MWD across two different properties, I have found them reliable, helpful and straightforward to deal with. I would happily recommend MWD Residential Lettings to anyone looking to rent a property.

mark and his team have delivered a top service since i have moved my portfolio from a different agency which i wont name but wasn’t delivering the same high standards that i now am receiving! would highly recommend MDW lettings in east kilbride or surrounding areas to anyone needing help managing their portfolios

My experience with MWD was incredible, everything was straightforward, from the initial contact to viewing the flat and signing the contract. Big thanks to the MWD team and Susan.

Have been working with MWD Residential Lettings for a number of months and the service throughout that period has been excellent. From initial contact through to the advertising and tenant find process and on to further management the service has always been superb. All the staff are very helpful and attentive and I would have no hesitation recommending to others.

Really lovely experience with MWD residential lettings. Everyone was very helpful, especially Susan, who made the whole process so easy and helped us get a home. They were also very quick at replying to emails and always friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend them!

A first class lettings agency

Was great , quick and easy to communicate with the relevant people. Susan was brilliant and could’ve asked for any better help regarding access to relevant information for me moving into the property. She knew everything i needed to know and ultimately very respectful and kind. TOP SERVICE!

10/10 for Susan and the MWD Team !!! As a first time renter, Susan reassured me every step of the way, making my move in process smith start to finish. From my first viewing of the property, Susan was very knowledgeable and explained the application process clearly. She was always willing to answer questions about the process. The service on move in day is stellar as I was met after work with my keys and a sent a handy email detailing how to apply for all utilities. Many thanks for making my first home move so easy !!!

I would highly recommend MWD Residential Lettings. We were shown around the property by Matthew, and dealt with Susan thereafter, both of whom have been excellent and very helpful. We are really pleased with the communication, service and our new home.

We can only add that words don't always portray actions The attention we received m7ade our transaction so much of a pleasure and not a task due to the professional and caring actions afforded to us by Susan and Caroline We only wish to say thank you from the heart and not by words Jim and Lorna

From start to finish we have had such a great experience. We are very grateful to have gotten our new home and cannot thank Susan enough for all her help. Susan was so lovely to chat to and very welcoming. Made us feel at ease on arrival to view the house. So thank you so much for everything from the Coats family😃

I've been using MWD as a landlord for the last few years , and cannot fault this company. Every member of the team will go above and beyond to keep both tenants and landlords happy - Would highly recommend ,, these guys are the best in the business.

Highly recommend MWD Residential Lettings I have known Mark and the team at MWD Residential Lettings for a number of years and have always found them to be exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, reliable and, most importantly, very responsive. What really stands out is the communication and the way the whole team keeps you informed at every stage of the tenancy. Charlie, Susan, Carrolle, Janie, Alan and Kevin are all extremely helpful and professional, and they make sure you are kept updated throughout the process. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, and whenever something needs attention, the team is quick to respond and deal with it efficiently. Mark has built a fantastic team, and it is clear that they take pride in providing a high level of service. Having dealt with property and lettings over the years, I really value having an agent who is proactive, communicates well and can be relied upon to get things done. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mark and the entire MWD Residential Lettings team to landlords or anyone looking for a professional, reliable and responsive letting agent. Excellent service from a great team.

MWD lettings were great, especially Susan who guided me through the whole process especially as a first time renter. Thank you

Susan and the team at MWD Lettings were fantastic. Whole process was super easy and we were moved in a week after viewing!

Susan at MWD lettings was amazing. She was so friendly when we came to view the property and really efficient with all the paperwork. It's the first time we have rented and we have two young children but Susan did everything she could to make the progress easier for us. We were delighted to get the rental we were looking for that was perfect for our family. She even got the landlord to install a dishwasher for us which was really essential for our family. Thank you for everything. We appreciate all the effort and for choosing us.

We had Susan as our letting agent, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely determined to find us the right flat. Her communication was excellent, and she was always happy to answer any questions we had. Thanks to Susan’s hard work and dedication, we found a flat we’re really happy with. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a letting agent, as she truly goes the extra mile for her clients. Thank you, Susan!

My experience with MWD has been nothing short of exceptional. At a stressful period of my life, Susan was great, put me at ease and made sure I understood everything through each step of the letting process. The professionalism was great, but it was the empathy and understanding that provided that peace of mind. Thank you to Susan and the team at MWD, you are great at what you do 😊
