Great Experience dealing with Susan, Alan the MWD Team. Very accommodating, great communication and ultimately an all round great impression left after our first viewing.

I couldnt be happier with the service I received with MWD. Susan very kindly showed me around the property in the first instance and made me feel very comfortable. The paperwork process was made so simple as I was able to do it all online including signing my letting agreement. The best part was that I picked the keys up from Susan at the property while we done a walk round to make sure I was satisfied with everything. It was a lovely personal touch that really went a long way! Thank you so much Susan and MWD!

Myself and our partner recently rented our first house through Susan and the team at MWD. From start to finish it was a smooth and seamless experience. Susan kept us up to date every step of the way, answering all our questions during the viewing, and updating us immediately once we were accepted. The contract signing process was online and so easy too. Susan was friendly and genuinely happy for us, a credit to the company! Even after we moved in she made herself available for a few little snags we had and jumped to action straight away, contacting our landlords. I would highly recommend MWD residential lettings, I have just rented a house through them and their customer service has been excellent. Mark has managed 2 properties, very professionally, for nearly 10 years. Complying with legislative requirements, particularly during changes in tenants, has been handled extremely well. Through regular inspections and good communication with tenants, Charlie has also ensured that the properties are well maintained and any issues arising are dealt with quickly and cost effectively.
