From my first viewing of the property, Susan was very knowledgeable and explained the application process clearly. She was always willing to answer questions about the process. The service on move in day is stellar as I was met after work with my keys and a sent a handy email detailing how to apply for all utilities. Many thanks for making my first home move so easy !!!

Susan at MWD lettings was amazing. She was so friendly when we came to view the property and really efficient with all the paperwork. It's the first time we have rented and we have two young children but Susan did everything she could to make the progress easier for us. We were delighted to get the rental we were looking for that was perfect for our family. She even got the landlord to install a dishwasher for us which was really essential for our family.
