About MWD
MWD Residential Lettings provides trusted, bespoke letting solutions to a diverse range of clients across Scotland, including individual and portfolio landlords, corporate clients, and institutional investors. Our managed portfolio is equally diverse, featuring a variety of property types including houses, flats, HMOs, and build-to-rent developments.

Mark Dempsie (MARLA)
Director
Mark has worked in the lettings industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience and expertise in all aspects of property lettings and property maintenance, gained through working with leading independent and corporate agencies. Mark leads the team at MWD and manages our landlord and corporate client relationships.
Daniel Beck (ANAVA, ANAEA)
Property Investment
Daniel has over 25 years of experience in the residential property industry, covering property auctions, traditional estate agency, off-market property sourcing, and BMV sales. Considered one of Scotland's top agents in off-market property sourcing, Daniel manages our property sourcing/portfolio building service for our clients.
Carrolle Dempsie (AARLA)
Property Administration & Finance
Carrolle has worked in a corporate environment for over 25 years and has led projects and supported teams for some of the UK’s most well-known brands in life assurance, stockbroking & retail. Carrolle manages our back office functions, mainly dealing with finance, property administration and landlord/tenant queries.
Charlie Boyle (AARLA)
Property Manager
Charlie has over 20 years of facilities management experience. He coordinates the day-to-day running of our property management, corporate & investor refurbishments, and maintenance works. He works closely with our vetted contractors to support tenants and ensure the best value for our landlords.
Dominic McFadden
Inspections & Maintenance
Dominic has over 40 years of experience working in the building trade. He carries out our property inspections and minor maintenance works. Dominic brings a wealth of experience in property refurbishments and on-site health & safety to the team.
Matthew Dempsie
Lettings Assistant
Matthew is our newest member of staff on a part-time basis whilst studying for his Highers at High School. Matthew provides back-office support to our lettings team, helping with property marketing, social media, and property administration.
