Susan kept us up to date every step of the way, answering all our questions during the viewing, and updating us immediately once we were accepted. The contract signing process was online and so easy too. Susan was friendly and genuinely happy for us, a credit to the company! Even after we moved in she made herself available for a few little snags we had and jumped to action straight away, contacting our landlords.
