Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the most common questions our tenants ask

The next step is to arrange a viewing of the property with us. Once you have viewed the property and would like to rent the property, you need to apply using our tenancy application process.

Your deposit is held to cover any damage that may be caused to the property during your tenancy, as well as things like unpaid utility bills, unpaid rent and cleaning bills if the property is left in poor condition.

Your deposit is held in an approved tenancy deposit scheme until the end of your tenancy. If there are no issues when you move out, your deposit will be paid back to you in full.

You can pay your rent via standing order or with our online payment portal using your debit/credit card.

We carry out regularly scheduled inspections of your rental property every 3-6 months to make sure that the property is being looked after and maintained to a good standard, but also to look for any maintenance issues that need to be addressed for you.

You have to provide at least 28 days' notice in writing if you want to end your tenancy agreement. The notice period will begin on the day you provide us with your intention to end the tenancy. Your tenancy ends 28 days after this date.
