All with the aim of maximising your ROI, protecting your asset and ensuring a good relationship with your tenants.
Yes, you will need building insurance to cover your property in the event of fire, flood etc, However, it is up to tenants to get content insurance to protect their personal belongings.
No, we will arrange and attend viewings with tenants on your behalf.
Yes, there are various legal requirements you need to consider before letting your property, all of which we can provide advice and guidance on. These include things like landlord registration, gas safety regulations, fire detection system, electrical inspection condition reports and energy performance certification to name a few. We know exactly what you need to do to ensure you comply with the relevant laws of letting your property. We are here to help you.
We use an online payment portal system that allows you to track all real-time payments from your tenants. Once we receive your payment from your tenant we will transfer the net proceeds (minus our fee) to you the same day or at most 2 working days.
